Similar to Type I it is dedicated for advanced mushroom growers interested in mushroom cultivation in 4-row rooms with extended growing area to 562,80 m², 844,20 m² ,1125 m² and more depending on the room length.
Rooms are made as 1-nave frame system with the common side wall made of poliurethane core, but every room is a separate part of the building. Corridor can be central or side, depending on the ivestment and the plot area.

* Module system: free-standing rooms allow planning the further extension without interruption of the current production. The construction of growing rooms is connected with a corridor construction which decreases steel consumption. Frame construction reduces the costs of foundation works. Lack of contact between rooms reduces the risk of diffusion of the infection from one roomto another
* Cost-effectiveness thanks to the use of sandwich panels with polyurethane core what allows to obtain high-level insulation od walls and roof and reduce heating and cooling cost of growing rooms
