Layout of this building is based on common module construction for all rows of growing rooms, separated with partition wall made of sandwich panels. 1-nave growing room construction, corridor integrated with growing rooms can be central or side depending on planned investment and plot size. Thanks to these solution the weight of the construction is reduced. There are 4 rows of shelving in each room, what makes the growing area of 562,0 m² or more, depending on room`s length, so that makes the building indeal for investors prefering cultivation on smaller area.

* Module system: free-standing rooms allow planning the further extension without interruption of the current production. The construction of growing rooms is connected with a corridor construction which decreases steel consumption. Frame construction reduces the costs of foundation works. Lack of contact between rooms reduces the risk of diffusion of the infection from one roomto another.
* Cost-effectiveness thanks to the use of sandwich panels with polyurethane core what allows to obtain high-level insulation od walls and roof and reduce heating and cooling cost of growing rooms.
