Implementation
Champion system galvanized shelving with aluminium racking is an optimal solution for mushroom farms having or planning to implement mechanized growing.
Advantage
* High precision of individual parts enables the use of the growth supporting mechanisms on aluminium sideboards without disturbing their work. Applied aluminium racking makes the product more durable and more resistant to mechanical damages appearing while pulling the growing net across the racking, the most worn element of the shelving. This kind of racking is also better for daily contact with growing medium. The clearing process after each growing cycle is carried out smoothly and without any trouble (lack of difficult to reach places)
* Racking system – all shelves have repeatable surface on the whole length so that mechanical unloading of the compost is smooth, without any jerks
* Thanks to the usage of 12 pieces racking for the standard growing width 1,34 m the support of growing medium is harder (thicker racking than in standard galvanized shelving). Such designed shelving is also excellent for using compost cubes without neccesity of using mats.
* System solutions such as aluminium fixture of shelving (Champion standard) – hooks on the bottom and top slideway along with top slideway with special profile make the shelving assembly shorter. Shelving is assembled in a simple, intuitive way what results in better purchase price.
