The Champion picking lorry with fixed platform has been created by Champion on the basis of experience of Polish farmers and mushroom pickers. The Mushroom picking lorry with fixed platform is a cheaper but also less functional alternative to Champion lorries with mobile platforms. There is no winch to transport lorry from one level to another and assistance of two people to carry the lorry is needed.

* Functionality – light and compact construction. The bottom of the platform made of cut-drawn plate (that allows air flow from the bottom).
* Durability – the use of fire-galvanized steel /standard/ or aluminium which are resistant to conditions in growing rooms (high humidity, high temperature).
* Efficiency – the use of safety barrier with special handles for trays guarantees the feeling of safety during picking which increases the efficiency of the work.

FUNCTIONALITY:

- The frame equipped with an additional security feature that prevents the lorry from falling out of the rails of the shelving.

- Main lifting barrier  with a possibility of mounting the  trays under boxes. A special lifting mechanism  and click ensure quick setup in the operating / rest position.

- Aluminum plate mounted on a platform and  intermediate barrier  prevents slippery and falling of the lorry.

- Automatic ratchet mechanism provides additional protection in case of breaking of the lines of the lorry or a winch failure.

- An additional intermediate barrier protects the space between the main barrier and the bottom of the platform.

- Automatic brake  blocks the wheels in operating position.

- Fixed platform easy to dismount.

- Lightweight aluminum  structure of the lorry  designed by Champion  allows it to be lifted and transported by one man only.

- Elements of  tray under the boxes placed on both sides of the main barriers facilitate the work of left handed people.

- Standard lorry is equipped with ladders  on both sides of the main frame.
