The Champion picking lorry with a mobile platform has been created by Champion on the basis of experience of Polish farmers and mushroom pickers.

PROTECTION

- The frame equipped with an additional security feature that prevents the lorry from falling out of the rails of the shelving.
- Main lifting barrier with a possibility of mounting the trays under boxes. A special lifting mechanism and click ensure quick setup in the operating / rest position.
- Aluminum plate mounted on a platform and intermediate barrier prevents slippery and falling of the lorry.
- Automatic latch mechanism provides additional protection in case of breaking of the lines of the lorry or a winch failure.
- An additional intermediate barrier protects the space between the main barrier and the bottom of the platform.
- Semi-automatic brake blocks the wheels in operating position.

 

Functionality:

- A winch mechanism with its own internal brake allows easy lowering and elevation of the lorry by a picking person to the desired level of the shelving, without necessity of leaving the lorry and other employees help. Loading up to 120 kg /standard/.
- Mobile platform easy to disassembly
- Lightweight aluminum structure of the lorry designed by Champion allows it to be lifted and transported by one man only.
- Elements of tray under the boxes placed on both sides of the main barriers facilitate the work of left handed people.
