Machine consists of:
- Structure of the base plate with the pulling winch tower
- Chuting bathtub with belt conveyor with stepless regulation
- The chaining conveyor with vertical regulation (the layer thickness from 2-8 cm),
- Toothed leveller with vertical regulation (levelling and aeration of the soil)
- Electric drive of vertical winch roller with rope.
- Stationary table with winder electric drive of net for soil feeding.
- Feeding trolley, pulled on the shelving by rope winch.

Technical data:
- Main frame made of painted steel profiles. Allows to connect various components and keep up the stability of whole machine during its work. Thanks to its own vertical hoist, it’s possible to lift the feeder and chuting bath on demanded height. The machine is moving via wheels. Machine operating after its placing on regulated supports. Additional, removable thill connected with the frame allows the transport of device (in cooperation with any tractor).
-Pouring bathtub is the element of device where the soil is loading from external belt conveyor/bathtub, itp. The pouring bathtub is made from stainless steel.
-The feeder with belt transport the soil from pouring bathtub to controller, which set the thickness of the soil. The scope of possible thickness is from 2÷8cm (in practice the most used is 5÷7cm) and it’s adjustable by screws. From controller, adjusted soil is transported on the growing net by toothed leveller.
- Toothed leveller installed over the belt feeder is pre-leveling the soil and mince it additionally. Depending on the technology of cultivation in latest process of soil loading you can use (or not) external rufflers /not including in the set/
- The trolley is the element which moves on the shelving sideboards through the external, independent pulling winch. Thanks to this it can unroll the net, and at once tip the soil on the compost placed on the growing shelving.
- Vertical hoist is mounted on the main frame of the device. Thanks to this the feeder with belt and chuting bath are lifted on demanded height, what allows the soil loading for any bed of the growing shelving.
