Implementation
Air-handling units type were invented on the basis of experience and cooperation with Polish and Dutch mushroom growers. Standard devices have been implemented for the growing area of 120, 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 1100, 1500, as well as 1800 m².
Additionally we offer parts working with the units:

• air-breathing tubes
• air launchers
• overpressure louvers
• air ducts
• dampers
Air-handling units with freon cooler are ideal solution for small mushroom farms, especially phase II, which because of limited finances are not able to purchase costly cool water installation. As a result mentioned farms are forced to reduce their cultivation in spring-summer season. There is also a risk of losing a part of the yield in other seasons when temperature increases much within short periods. Freon units work independently and do not demand connection with chiller.

* All parts of the unit except frame are made of aluminium metal sheet approved for operating in food industry. Leg frame of the unit is made of galvanized metal sheet assuring very good anti-corrosive protection and excellent durability.
* Coils are made of copper tubes and aluminium fins with copper or steel collectors.
* Units are produced in sections as sub-assembly divided and to be screwed, so that it is easy for assembling and connection to air and heating-cooling installation.
* There is an inspection curtain between heating and cooling coil which enables heaters` cleaning after opening.
* Units are made in any configuration, so that is very simple to choose the right unit with the best assembly option.
* Units devices are manufactured from materials allowing to transport air used for air-conditioning in food industry. All materials used for Agep units production are of Polish or EU countries origin.
* The cooler is made on the basis of copper tubes 12x0,4 mm and aluminium fins 0,12 mm thick. Well-matched surface of cooler heat exchanging assures inlet air parameters allowing to save temperature and humidity on suitable level.
* Housing of the exchanger is made of aluminium. The cooler is equipped in freon distributor made of brass and with copper collector.
* Freon cooler is tested for sealing according to mandatory norms. Testing pressure: 3,08 Mpa.
