Implementation
An industrial generator set Cummins Power Generation is a fully integrated device, providing the optimal work, reliability, versatility of the application as emergency, and main power source in mushroom farms.
A generator set is able to deliver the power under the constant mode, through the unlimited time during the year, in accordance with suitable norms, and in emergency mode. During the work in the emergency system the maximum work time is 500 hours/year within which there are 300 hours of continuous work between defined breaks for conservation works, and in defined ambient conditions.
Generator sets Cummins Power are designed and created in high quality factories and in accordance with required norms, ISO9001 standards, and others.

* Resistant four-stroke engine supplying the power, with low fume’s emission, and quick response to changes of loading.
* Few sizes of alternators, cooling systems that create integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for ambient temperatures, solid steel frame which is a support for the engine, alternator and radiator.
* The Power Command (1301, 2100,3100) control systems that controls power generator set. The operation is via a simple instrument panel that allows complete control over the unit, in range of: digital voltage regulation, engine speed control and security functions. The system works together with a wide range of generating sets connected in a not parallel way . It is powered by a battery of the generator set.
Basic properties of control systems includes:
- Battery power supply,
- Digital control of engine’s speed (optional),
- Electronic voltage regulation,
- Monitoring of the generator set monitors all critical functions of the engine and alternator, and also displays the status of all important functions of the engine and alternator,
- Automatic start / stop and emergency switch,
- Smart Starting Control System: Integrated batching of the fuel to limit emission of black smoke,
- Advanced Service using InPower (PC software service tool).
