New electric mushroom picking lorry used for selectively mushroom picking already appeared in our offer.
The picking lorry is equipped with modern system of drivers, batteries and module specially designed by Champion. The module is designed for lifting the platform with mushroom picker for any height of picking lorry operating range. One of the engines is used to regulate the platform in vertical. Side feed is done by second engine and control module, which enables continuously regulation of feed speed of picking lorry. Applied solution allows the work untrained mushroom pickers in range of low speed of picking lorry.
As efficiency, and experience of picking person increases, speed can be continuously pick up. This may increase the effectiveness of the harvest. Described facility, in the end can translate into lower cost of harvest, which is an important factor in the costs of mushroom farm.
Another advantage of solutions applied in our new picking lorry is handling. There is no need to use the force of mushroom pickers, what increases the comfort of their work.
Advantage:
- Safety: technical solutions increase the safety of mushroom pickers: safety barriers, stable position on top rail.
- Functionality: compact construction. Quick access to batteries. Platform easy to disassembly. The bottom of the platform is made of full aluminum riffled plate or aluminum expanded net. Includes external battery charger. Transport wheels for transport picking lorry from the growing rooms.
- Durability: the use of stainless steel (main frame), special aluminum alloy (rails on picking lorry frame) and aluminum (platform for mushroom pickers) provide high resistant to conditions in growing rooms. Additionally in our electrical mushroom picking lorry we used high-quality fixture (engine with reducer, batteries, rails). The wheels of picking lorry equipped with bearing.
- Efficiency: the use of electric lorry mechanism eliminates the need to support mushroom pickers by additional workers during the harvest cycle.
Additional, integrated trays under the boxes (optional for scale) allow to optimize the process of mushroom harvesting.
