Construction
Gate leaf:
- frame made of aluminium profiles that are screwed together according to fixation technique prepared by Champion, stainless screws
- stainless pins allow opening and displacing the gates to give a full access to the growing room
- gate leaf is made of sandwich panels with polyurethane core
- aluminium profile has special space that enable the application of a gasket
- gaskets made of EPDM mixture have very good properties (resistance to changeable weather, humidity, height and low temperature)
- joint between panels, and between panels and aluminium frame complemented with special sealing substance that is resistant to mushroom farm's internal and external condition
Frame:
- Made of galvanized cold-drawn profiles
- Fixation are adjusted to every type of gable walls (sandwich panels, concrete walls etc.) Fixation of the construction ensures a very high level of tightness all over the surface if the leaf.
Lift up mechanism:
- Made of welded cold-drawn profiles made of galvanized steel
- Depending on gate size Champion selects an appropriate rotation point which influences the power needed to close and open the gate
- Protection against an undesirable opening
Rail:
-Made of galvanized cold-drawn profiles
-Fixation is adjusted to every type of gable walls (sandwich panels, concrete walls)
-A track profile has a shape that protects it against snow and rain or any other things that might lead to the icing of the rail and as a consequence, problems with moving the gate along the rail
